Saturday
WS 1 & 2 | Commitment & Overcoming Mental Barriers | Josua “Josi” Ernst

When: 10.30 – 11.30 | 11.45 – 12.30

What do you do when there’s a challenge that’s physically possible for you but your mind is not able to accept it and struggles to complete the challenge? Join this Workshop with Josi to learn different strategies and approaches on how to overcome mental barriers.

Josua “Josi” Ernst is an experieneced parkourist and coach from Lucerne. In 2022, he completed his training as a parkour expert with Jugend + Sport.

WS 3 & 6 | Flow and Connecting Movements | Daniel Peveril

When: 14.00 – 15.00 | 15.15 – 16.00
Where: Spot 3

In this workshop, we will talk about and work on flow: How to properly connect multiple movements in a sequence, how to move efficiently, and the meaning and importance of improvisation.

Daniel Pevril has been training parkour for 16 years and teaching it for almost 10. He started moving in the streets of Geneva when he was 12 and as the years went by, started to focus mainly on flow and creativity.

WS 4 & 7 | The Landing Continuum | Travis “TJ” Ranson

When: 14.00 – 15.00 | 15.15 – 16.00
Where: Spot 1

The landing continuum theory helps us identify, practice, and then blend together the many possible movement options when landing across a gap. There are really over 20 possible movements to land a jump across a gap, depending on 6 variables. We will explore these options and discover missing techniques.

TJ has been part of Parkour in Australia since 2006 and coaching since 2009. In Australia he led the Australian Parkour Association, was head of Instructing & Qualifications, and founded his local association and a gym. TJ also serves as a director of the international federation Parkour Earth, which SPKA is a member of..

WS 5 & 8 | Precision & Longevity with Jumps | Guillermo “Gui” Larrazabal

When: 14.00 – 15.00 | 15.15 – 16.00

The workshop will be based on how you can work on your precision landing, to be safer and last longer as an athlete I will give you tips and exercise to prefect it.

Guillermo “Gui” Larrazabal is a Swiss and Bolivian living in Geneva. He started Parkour in 2008, and has been focusing on a raw and technical training-style. He is the winner of the male division of the Swiss Parkour Tour 2022.

WS 9 & 10 | Swings | Julian “Jewls” Dutoit

When: 15.15 – 16.00 | 16.15 – 17.00
Where: Park 2

Swings or “Lachés” are a specific skill which is mostly mastered by parkourists who have regular access to bars. As in every parkour skill, repetition and technique are key to success. Join this workshop to learn more about how to become a swinging monkey. 

Julian “Jewls” Dutoit is an experienced parkourist and coach from Lucerne. Jewls is an parkour expert in J+S and has drilled his skills in “lachés” for years.

Regeneration & Yoga | Sabrina “Sabi” Wiedmer

When: 10.15 – 11.15
Where: Outdoor near Gym 2

Start the day with a balancing and stimulating «Hatha Yoga» class. We take care of our body, our breathing and our mind and harmonize ourselves with a «Vinyasa Flow».
Note: Bring a Yoga Mat or Towel and warm and comfortable clothing with you.

Sabrina “Sabi” Wiedmer is a passionate yogini and “Viniyoga Teacher”. She is currently completing further training as a yoga therapist at the Institute for Complementary Therapy (ikt).
