How accuracy develops your commitment
How accuracy develops your commitment

When: Sat., 15.15 – 16.00
Where: Irchel @ infopoint
Level: Beginner / Advanced / Pro
Topic: Parkour requires ans develop your attention towards your sensations, emotions, fear, confidence, body awareness.
My workshop will be focusing on these differents aspects.
How much are you refining your own skills ?
How observing, analyzing, understanding movements can help you?
How do you deal with your fear ?
What are you actually afraid of?
How visualiszing challenges precisely can help to unlock these?
I think the more you explore and develop your knowledges about your own abilities, the more you can use these.
I will share some of my experience to help you answer to those questions and give you some tools to use at your own rhythm. I feel like anyone could join as the approach is pretty personal and adaptable.
About Samuel: I’ve been through a lot of different phases during my parkour journey and focused on many different aspects along these years (Flowy lines, Endurance, Creativity, Specific movements…)
I’ve always loved to be as precise and light as possible in my movement, I’ve always been perfectionist in general and I believe this also influenced my approach and the way I mentally deal with the challenges I’m facing.
To me parkour is not only about moving but also about sharing your experiences. I started moving in 2005 and there was not really any workshops at this time but we were always learning from the previous generations and I was always happy and grateful to get their tips and feedbacks.
So sharing my parkour experience is simply making sense for me.
Highlights:
- I’ve been coaching parkour weekly between 2014 and 2018 and did a few workshops in some jams since then
- I’ve been travelling a lot to many international jams and exchanged a lot with the community thanks to this.
- I’ve been working as an artist in parkour shows since 2020
- I’ve been making parkour videos with an artistic approach since 2014

Parkour Foundations: Accuracy & Softness
Parkour Foundations: Accuracy & Softness

When: Sat., 15.15 – 16.00
Where: Irchel @ infopoint
Level: Beginner / Advanced / Pro
Topic: Learn to apply softness to your parkour, improve your landing technique, and expand your movement vocabulary with tools and exercises designed to elevate the quality of your parkour practice.
Parkour is about moving freely and exploring diverse movement options, but a strong foundation is what gives you the confidence and ability to move with control and creativity. In this workshop, we’ll focus on the fundamentals that will help you feel more grounded, precise, and capable in your training.
Expect to work hard, be challenged, and leave with stronger movement quality and lightness. No prerequisites. Some prior parkour experience recommended.
About Georgia: As a Personal Trainer, Parkour Coach, and Online Coach based in London, I help people get strong so they can move freely, pain-free and perform better in their sport and in life. With a background in parkour since 2011 and coaching since 2019, I’ve developed a strong interest in injury rehab, working alongside physiotherapists and osteopaths. My specialisms include strength training, calisthenics, injury rehab, pre- and postnatal exercise, and parkour. In 2024, I launched my own online coaching company, Strength With G, to reach more people anywhere in the world and help others build strength and confidence through movement. I am also a member of FemGaps, a female parkour group, and we just released our first video on YouTube.

Recreation of movements
Recreation of movements

When: Sat., 16.30 – 18.00
Where: Irchel @ infopoint
Level: Beginner / Advanced / Pro
Topic: The workshop is about creating new movements with specific movement principles. The workshop focuses on basic moves in parkour and offers oppurtunities to change them. Movement principles like “using different initiators to move” and “push the ground” open the possibilities to change these basic parkour moves into new ones and enable the participants to create their own style.
About Flamur: My focus at the moment is about inventing new movements and layer them with specific qualities and movement principles. In this sense, I am interested in sophisticating what I already have. My workshop exactly focuses on this perspective. Use what is there and layer or change it slightly… the sweet spot where magic may appear.
I’ve been practicing parkour and freerunning, contemporary dance and breaking for several years. A dance program in Berlin also deepened my knowledge about the body in many ways.

Steps & Shapes

When: Sat., 16.30 – 17.15
Where: Irchel @ infopoint
Level: Beginner / Advanced / Pro
Topic: I’ve been doing a dance school for one year now, and it inspired me a lot in my parkour lines. I’ll try to share the tools i’ve learned from dance, so you can use them to build new flows and incorporate them to your style!
We’ll work on easy concepts like steps, shapes, freeze, flow qualities and more, so you don’t need any prerequisites.
Sooo, if you like to create funky and flowing lines, this workshop is for you! 🕺
About Marin: I love to do easy movements but with a lot of control and flow. Sometimes I don’t feel like doing a parkour line, but dancing on the spot.
I also love to hunt for new spots with weird objects that offer new movements and flows.

Injuries & how to train with them
Injuries & how to train with them

When: Sun., 11.00 – 12.00
Where: Irchel @ infopoint
Level: Beginner / Advanced
Topic: “One of the biggest mistakes I see people making when coming back from an injury is going from no training at all, straight back to the training they were doing before.
Returning to training too hard or too soon can cause further problems and can also be really frustrating. However, not moving at all isn’t good for recovery either. Managing intensity and load when coming back from injury is key.
This workshop is suitable for all levels. Together, we’ll design sessions tailored for people dealing with common injuries such as knee pain, lower back pain, a broken arm, or a sprained ankle. You’ll learn how to keep training whilst managing an injury and how to gradually return to movements you were doing previously pain-free.
No pre-requisites. Some previous experience of parkour is recommended.
