WS 1 | ASVZ: From mat to concrete | Moritz “Mo” Dätwyler

Topic: What’s the difference between the gym and a concrete spot? We look at various tips and tricks to do the moves we learnt in the gym safely and accident-free outside and learn to assess ourselves realistically.

About Mo: Hi I’m Mo, I teach parkour at ASVZ and even though I’ve been doing parkour for half my life, I’ve never seriously injured myself 😉 (knocking on wood)

WS 2 | ASVZ: Introductory course to Jams | Shadi Vandeventer

Topic: Feeling intimidated by your first parkour jam? This workshop is designed for newcomers to navigate the collaborative environment and develop their skills. Learn how to seamlessly join existing challenges and infuse your own creativity into the mix, all while prioritizing safety.

About Shadi: Passionate about sideflips and flowy lines. I’m stoked to be here and meet all of you,  from parkour veterans to those just starting out.

WS 3 | Bouncy legys | Guillaume “Gui” Larrazabal

When: 13.00 – 14.00

Topic: My goal is to make you love the plyometric part of Parkour, the bouncy style from every corner and angles!

About Gui: Guillaume from Geneva, been training since 2008 and still enjoy this a lot.

WS 4 | off axis & funky moves | Lisa Eckert

When: 15.00 – 16.00

Level: Advanced

Topic: This workshop is for everyone who loves to experiment with moves and likes to find new variations, but also for beginners who want to learn certain moves in a safe (and off axis) way!

About Lisa: I’m Lisa, I do parkour since 8 years and I really enjoy off axis moves, swings and funky spots! 

WS 5 | Consistency – Progress – Fun | Josua “Josi” Ernst

When: 16.00 – 17.00
Where: Irchel meet @ infopoint

Level: Beginner – Advanced

Topic: I want to talk about how I manage to keep training on a daily basis after so many years without losing motivation. The workshop is less focused on movement itself but should serve as a source of inspiration.

About Josi: I train Parkour for almost 15 years and daily for about 7 years. 

WS 6 | Flow – two fundamentals | Matthias Mayer

When: 16.00 – 17.00

Level: Advanced

Topic: Flow is one of the most important aspects in Parkour in my eyes. It makes movement not only look nice, but especially feel nice! In my workshop we will look at two fundamental flow mechanics – for example the “melting cheese flow”.

About Matthias: Hi, I´m Matthias and Parkour is a main topic in my life since 17 years – besides training I run a Parkour brand together with Lisa. –> MATTTMA

WS 7 | Funky foot placement! | Marin & Nicolas

When: 17.00 – 18.00

Level: Beginner – Advanced

Topic: The focus will be on foot placements, especially when executing techniques such as strides on bars, tic-tacs, cat leaps onto bars, and other technical moves. There will be a variety of games and challenges designed to ensure that we all play together with fun and joy.

About Marin & Nicolas: What we enjoy about parkour is the fun and creativity it offers. For us, parkour (and life) is a big game, and we simply want to play as much as we can. We want to bring joy and fun into our training sessions, as it helps us grow in many ways.
